How it works
Both Online Coaching schedules and training plans (including blocks) are seamlessly integrated using the TrainingPeaks™ online platform. They all encompass:
- A professionally crafted training plan featuring specialized workouts designed for your success.
- Flexibility to adjust the plan according to your individual requirements.
- A daily log to monitor aspects like workout duration, weekly goal accomplishment, fatigue indicators, distance, and comments.
- Option to synchronize a daily food intake app with this training plan, enabling you to track your nutritional intake and assess energy and macronutrient balance as necessary.
- Inclusion of images and explanations of strength, flexibility, and core exercises, either attached or linked.

Tracking on TrainingPeaks
After linking your heart rate, pace, and/or power devices (along with associated apps) to the TrainingPeaks (TP) platform, your data can be effortlessly synchronized and updated in your log.
Ensure you save the data on your device and verify its upload to your device app. For instance, if you own a Garmin watch (your device), establish a connection with the Garmin Connect app (your device app). In the Garmin Connect app, access settings > Connected apps, and select TrainingPeaks from the available apps to activate data sharing. Subsequently, your Garmin data will synchronize with your TrainingPeaks account.
