For long-term success, setting engaging goals can be highly beneficial to help maintain your commitment to your training plans. Ideally, your goal should present a challenge that captivates your interest. This challenge could involve reaching peak fitness right before a family event or embarking on a bicycle journey along the California coast. The key is to identify something that demands substantial preparation to achieve. My aspiration is for this process of continually challenging yourself to become a routine for you, integrated periodically throughout the year and in the years ahead.
