Mobility & Stability Self Assessment
Is it time to re-assess potential limiters to your movement patterns?
Maintaining functional strength, core stability, and mobility is essential for individuals of all ages, but it is especially crucial for those over 60.
As we age, our bodies undergo changes that can affect our mobility and comfort, making everyday activities and overall health more challenging. Regular self-assessment of key movement components is crucial for maintaining and improving physical performance, ensuring we can continue to perform daily tasks effectively and maintain a high quality of life.
I recommend conducting a self-assessment every 6-8 weeks. This schedule strikes a balance between consistency and allowing enough time to make adjustments and observe progress. Such a routine helps prevent complacency and ensures that potential issues are addressed promptly. To aid in this process, I’d like to introduce a self-assessment tool tailored for individuals who are eager to maintain their functional strength, stability, and mobility.
